Perform active and passive safety simulations and correlate the results with test / prior data. Optimize the design so as to achieve the desired performance level. Lead a team of engineers to execute the projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Post graduate in engineering with good academic record. Able to independently execute the frontal / side / offset and other impact situations by creating a full vehicle model. Should have rich prior experience.
